Acceptance

By using PrayBeam, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

Purpose of PrayBeam

PrayBeam is for personal prayer, encouragement, and private group support. It is built for families, couples, friends, and small groups who want to pray for each other in a quiet, non-invasive way.

PrayBeam is not built for public posting or public feeds.

User Content

You are responsible for the prayers, profile details, and other content you send through PrayBeam.

You must not send abusive, harassing, illegal, exploitative, hateful, threatening, or otherwise harmful content. PrayBeam is not responsible for user-generated prayer content.

No Emergency Use

PrayBeam is not an emergency service. In urgent situations, contact emergency services or trusted local support directly.

No Professional Advice

PrayBeam does not provide medical, legal, psychological, financial, or pastoral counseling. Prayer content from users is personal expression, not professional advice.

Privacy and Sharing

Only join groups with people you trust. Shared prayer content may be visible to intended recipients or group members depending on app behavior.

Do not share private information that you do not want others in a group to see.

Subscriptions

Paid features may require an auto-renewable subscription. Price, billing period, renewal, and cancellation details are shown by Apple before purchase.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Restore Purchases should be available in the app once subscriptions are enabled.

Refunds

Subscription purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple. If you change your mind within 14 days, you may request a refund through Apple’s official refund process where eligible.

Refunds are processed by Apple, not directly by PrayBeam. Access to paid features may end if Apple refunds the purchase.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account from the app. Deletion removes local app data and attempts available group cleanup.

Some previously shared data may remain on other members’ devices or Apple services depending on sync state.

Availability

PrayBeam may be interrupted by Apple services, iCloud, Cloudflare Worker/D1 APNs device-token routing, network conditions, device settings, or maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PrayBeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, spiritual, relational, or data-loss damages.

Where allowed by law, PrayBeam’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for PrayBeam in the previous 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of PrayBeam means you accept the updated Terms.
