For help with PrayBeam, email support@praybeam.cc. These notes cover the most common setup questions for private groups, iCloud sync, notifications, widgets, account deletion, and subscriptions

Sign in with Apple

Make sure you are signed into your Apple ID on your iPhone. If sign-in does not finish, try again after checking your internet connection and Apple ID settings

iCloud and CloudKit

PrayBeam uses Apple iCloud/CloudKit for private group sharing and sync where needed. iCloud must be available on your device for shared groups to work correctly

Notifications

Notifications depend on iOS settings. If you are not receiving them, check that notifications are allowed for PrayBeam in Settings and that Focus modes are not silencing them

Widgets

You may need to add the PrayBeam widget manually from the iPhone Home Screen. iOS controls when widgets refresh, so a new prayer may not appear instantly

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app settings or profile area. Deletion removes local app data and attempts available group cleanup

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings, and refunds are requested through Apple’s official refund process where eligible
